1. Permitted use
WooSculpt Upsell is licensed for use on WooCommerce-powered WordPress websites for the purpose of displaying quantity pack offer widgets on product pages. You may use the plugin on the number of sites permitted by your license plan for legitimate commercial or personal e-commerce purposes.
2. Prohibited use
You must not use WooSculpt products or services to:
- Facilitate fraudulent transactions, deceptive pricing, or misleading commercial practices.
- Sell counterfeit, illegal, or prohibited goods or services.
- Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
- Infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.
- Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm any individual or group.
- Distribute malware, spyware, or any malicious code.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to WooSculpt systems, license servers, or other users' accounts.
- Scrape, crawl, or systematically collect data from woosculpt.com without written permission.
- Use the plugin on sites hosting content that is illegal, obscene, or harmful.
3. License integrity
You must not:
- Share, resell, or publicly distribute your license key.
- Activate your license on more sites than your plan permits.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or decode any protected portion of the plugin.
- Remove or obscure copyright or attribution notices in plugin files.
- Use automation to bypass license validation, update checks, or rate limits on WooSculpt's license API.
4. Payment integrity
You must not:
- Use stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment methods to purchase a license.
- File a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or Stripe as a substitute for contacting our support team. Chargebacks filed in bad faith will result in immediate license termination and may be referred for further action.
- Abuse the refund policy by purchasing, downloading, and requesting a refund without a genuine technical reason.
5. Support & community conduct
When interacting with our support team you must:
- Communicate respectfully and professionally.
- Not submit false, misleading, or abusive support requests.
- Not attempt to pressure or coerce support staff.
WooSculpt reserves the right to refuse support or terminate access for abusive behavior.
6. Enforcement
Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in:
- Immediate suspension or permanent termination of your license.
- Denial of future purchases or support.
- Legal action where appropriate.
WooSculpt may investigate suspected violations and cooperate with law enforcement agencies where required.
7. Reporting violations
If you become aware of a violation of this policy — including unauthorized distribution of WooSculpt products — please report it via our support page.
