WooSculpt Upsell is built with care and tested across major WooCommerce setups. If the plugin doesn't work for you after our support team has tried to fix the issue, we'll refund your payment in full — no questions asked.
Eligibility
To qualify for a refund, all of the following must be true:
- First-time purchase only. Refunds apply to your initial purchase only. Renewals and repeated purchases of the same plan are not eligible.
- Requested within 14 days. Your refund request must be submitted within 14 calendar days of your original purchase date. Yearly plans: 14 days. Monthly plans: 7 days.
- Support must be attempted first. You must contact our support team and give us a reasonable opportunity (at least 48 hours) to diagnose and resolve the issue before requesting a refund.
- Valid technical reason. The plugin must fail to perform its core functionality on a standard WooCommerce setup (WordPress 6.0+, WooCommerce 7.0+, PHP 7.4+).
Refund window by plan
- Annual plans (1 Site, 5 Sites, and Agency (25 Sites)): 14 days from purchase date.
- Monthly plans: 7 days from purchase date.
- Renewals (any plan): Not eligible for refunds.
Important: Filing a payment dispute or chargeback with your bank or Stripe instead of contacting us will result in immediate license deactivation. We encourage you to contact our support team first — we resolve genuine issues quickly and will refund you directly if eligible.
What happens after a refund
- Your license key will be deactivated immediately upon issuing the refund.
- You will lose access to plugin downloads and future updates.
- The plugin should be removed from any sites it was installed on.
- Any domains activated with the license will be released from the system.
Non-refundable situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Renewals — only the first purchase of a plan is eligible.
- Change of mind after the refund window has passed.
- Incompatibility with third-party plugins, custom themes, or heavily modified WooCommerce setups outside standard configuration.
- Failure to contact support before submitting a refund request.
- Abuse of the refund policy (e.g., purchasing, downloading, and immediately requesting a refund).
- Purchases made during a promotional sale or with a discount code greater than 20% off.
How to request a refund
- Contact our support team via the support page and describe the issue in detail.
- Allow at least 48 hours for our team to investigate and attempt a fix.
- If the issue cannot be resolved, reply to the support thread requesting a refund and include your order number.
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
